San Francisco Bulls Unveil Official Game Jerseys!
Home and away jerseys unveiled at Cow Palace ceremony
San Francisco, CA, March 7, 2012 – The San Francisco Bulls Professional Hockey Team proudly unveiled their white home and orange away jerseys today at a ceremony held at their new home, the Cow Palace. The San Francisco Bulls will begin play in the ECHL in October, the start of the 2012-13 season.
The Bulls primary jersey colors consist largely of orange, black and white. The home jersey is white with bull horns extending from at the bottom of the jersey to the sleeves. Orange and gold accent stripes make their way from the bottom outer edges of the jerseys and reappear on the bottom of the jersey sleeves.
The away jersey is predominately orange with white bull horns and the same gold accent stripes on the sleeves and bottom of the jersey. The jersey also features the updated San Francisco Bulls’ bull head and hockey sticks primary logo on the front crest. Both jerseys will feature a contrasting orange or white name plate on back.
“We wanted to create a look that set our team apart from the other teams in the ECHL and that would also lend itself to the newer style of the Reebok’s uniforms,” said Pat Curcio, President & Head Coach of the San Francisco Bulls. “However, it was also important to us to blend the rich history of hockey with the tradition of first-class sports organizations in our city, that’s why our color scheme includes gold, black and orange. The result is a modern sweater with some classic details that any hockey player would be proud to wear.”
“Authentic” Pro Weight San Francisco Bulls Reebok jerseys will be available for purchase in early October and replica jerseys two to three weeks later.
