Hi hockey fans!  I’m excited today like a child on Christmas Eve!  I’m on my way to watch the Washington Capitals practice this morning at the Shark Tank in San Jose.

I coached alongside the recently appointed head coach of the Caps, Dale Hunter when we were the London Knights of the OHL. During that time we had the privilege of coaching the young star defenseman John Carlson.

I can’t wait!  It’s funny, as much as I’ve played and coached professionally, I’m still the biggest fan of the game and love to watch and learn.  Tomorrow two lucky fans will join me to see the Capitals play the Sharks.  Sorry Shark fans, for the next two days its “Go Caps!”
